Privacy notice for visitors, version 1

Level Four LLC · Version 1 · Approved October 20, 2026

Not reviewed by counsel; approved by Andrew Tubbs on 20 October 2026

1. Who this is for

This notice is for people who read Level Four LLC's ("Level Four") trust center at trust.l4is.ai. It is about this site only. The privacy notice for the Level Four platform itself, and for the people whose details clients record in it, is separate.

2. What this site records about you

You do not sign in, give a name or an email address, or have an account here, and this site sets no cookies.

When you open one of the published pages (the security overview, the sub-processors, or the breach notice and disclosure page), the site writes one line in a log: which page and which version of it, when, that you were a public reader, and the first part of your network address (for an IPv4 address, the first three of its four numbers, with the last set to zero; for an IPv6 address, the first three of its eight groups). It does not keep your full address in that line, and it does not keep your name, your browser or what you opened before. The front page and error pages are not logged this way.

To keep the site available, it also counts requests. For that count it keeps a short code made one-way from your full network address and this site's name, with the number of requests in the current time window. It is used only to limit how fast one address can ask. The counts are kept 12 months and then removed.

When the site fails, it writes a short error line that has no visitor details in it.

3. What this site does not have

No accounts, no sign-in, no forms that ask for your name, no advertising, no analytics or tracking, no scripts, and nothing loaded from any other address. Your browser may keep its own copy of a page; the site asks it not to (it tells browsers not to store its pages).

4. Why, and who sees it

The log of public readings exists so Level Four can see how often each page is read and to keep a record of what was shown, and the request count exists to keep the site working for everyone. Level Four's administrators for this trust center can read the log and export it. It is not sold, shared with advertisers or used to profile anyone, and Level Four does not link it to a name.

The companies that run the site for Level Four, and where, are listed on the Sub-processors page here. They carry your request to the site, and may keep their own technical records of it under their own terms, which this notice does not describe.

5. How long

The log lines and the request counts are kept 12 months. A job that runs every night removes what is older, and records each removal.

6. Your choices

Because the log holds only a shortened network address and no name, Level Four cannot tell which lines are yours. If you want to ask anything about this notice, write to security@l4is.ai.

7. Changes

Level Four never edits a published version of this notice. A change is a new version with its own date.
