Terms of use, version 1
1. What this site is
This site is Level Four LLC's ("Level Four") trust center. It publishes information about how Level Four protects the information clients keep in its platform: a security overview, the companies that process client data for Level Four, and how Level Four handles a security incident and a report of a problem. Anyone may read it. There is nothing to sign in to and nothing to buy.
2. Using it
You may read this site and quote it, giving Level Four as the source and the date shown on the page you quote. Do not use it in a way that interferes with it or with others reading it, including by sending automated requests faster than a person could read. The site limits how many requests one address can make in a minute, and may refuse the rest.
Do not try to get into anything that is not published here. If you think you have found a weakness in this site or in Level Four's platform, do not test it further; report it as the Breach notice and disclosure page describes.
3. What it is not
Prepared by Level Four LLC from its own records. This is not an audit, attestation or certification, and is not intended to be relied on as one. It describes Level Four's platform and commitments as recorded on the date shown, which may have changed since. It does not change the client terms or the data processing agreement; where this page and an agreement differ, the agreement governs.
4. Accuracy and change
Each page shows the version and the date it was approved. Level Four may publish a new version of a page at any time, and a published version is never edited. Information on this site can be out of date by the time you read it: the date on the page is the date it describes. Level Four does not promise that the site will always be available.
5. Links
This site may link to other sites, such as Level Four's website. Level Four does not control them and these terms do not apply to them.
6. Level Four's rights
The words on this site belong to Level Four. Section 2 is the permission to quote them; Level Four keeps its other rights.
7. Questions
Write to Level Four Security at security@l4is.ai. Questions about a client's agreement with Level Four go to the contact named in that agreement.
